Precast Labourer

Join our production team in a high-volume factory environment. We are looking for a reliable "all-rounder" to assist with everything from the initial pour to final dispatch.

Core Responsibilities

• Mould Prep: Cleaning, oiling, and preparing precast moulds for pouring.

• Production: Pouring moulds, vibrating, and trowelling for a quality concrete finish.

• Stripping: De-moulding cured units and preparing them for the yard.

• Yard & Dispatch: Loading/unloading trucks and general Yard Hand duties.

What You Need

• White Card: Essential for site safety.

• Physical Fitness: Comfortable with heavy lifting and manual labor.

• Reliability: You show up on time, every day.

• Transport: Valid License and a reliable vehicle.

Highly Desirable (The "Bonus" Tickets)

• Forklift License (LF): High priority for truck loading/unloading.

• Dogging Ticket (DG): Experience with overhead cranes and rigging.

• Experience: Previous work in precast or civil construction.
